6.30 – 8.30: Yoga.
8.30 – 9.30: Dinner
9.30- 10.00: Meditation and Yoga Nidra (deep yoga relaxation)
Saturday 23rd May
9:00 – 11.30 – Rise and Shine Yoga and Mediation
11.3 0 – 12. 30 – Brunch
12.30 – 2.00. Hike
2.30 – 3.30pm: Rest/ light snack
3.30pm – 5.00pm: Yoga
5.15pm – 6.30pm: Home.
