Our Spring Pilates and Walking weekend is for those seeking a journey back to balance, rejuvenation and a healthy lifestyle after a long and restful winter.

It will be refreshing and revitalising to get your body, mind and soul ready for the wonderful summer ahead in 2017.

Give yourself a gift of well-being to disconnect from your daily routine and refresh with guided Pilates classes, long woodland walks and healthy nutritious food.

This year we are inviting you to the beautiful rustic and tranquil Monalea Farmhouse located on the Wicklow/Wexford border.

16:00          Check In: Relax and Unwind, settle into your room and get a feel of the beautiful setting.

18:00          Gentle Evening Pilates class focusing on breathing techniques and fundamentals of Pilates method.

19:30          Dinner, delicious and healthy food!


7:30            Morning Yawn Pilates class.

8:00           Muesli/Porridge and fruit.

8:30           Early morning walk (optional!).

10:00          Pilates class for energy and strength!

12:30          Brunch – lots of yummy healthy foods!

13:00          Free time.

Read the book, take a hike, explore the area (visit nearby Lavender Gardens, local beaches) or stay and relax and enjoy a body treatment.

16:00          Warm soup for a Soul.

17:30          Pilates class for flexibility, slower paced for a good night sleep.

20:00         Dinner – more lovely homemade healthy food followed by delicious dessert!
