Hiking around the beautiful south Wicklow mountains with stunning views clears the mind and energizes the body. Re-connect with nature as you walk mindfully through our trees and breathe in the pure forest air. This practice is known as ‘shinrin-yoku’, in Japan and is recognised as a form of preventative health care with the physical. mental and spiritual well-being it brings.
In the evenings candles light up the walls for evening practices and after a meal, yoga nidra by the crackling fire completes a typical day on retreat.

For Greg, yoga is not a physical practice, it is an exploratory philosophical and energetic practice which uses the body to access the inner essence. We use yoga to gain control and mastery of our body, we use our body to access the breath, and we use the breath to gain mastery of our thoughts, our mind, our consciousness, our whole being.
Greg owns Samadhi yoga.
