To retreat is to withdraw from ordinary life, to go to a secluded place where you can relax and reflect.
Most world religions encourage some kind of retreat practise, whether it’s a change of diet, meditation, to immerse in nature or re-connect with the spirit.
We are host to many types of retreat; mainly yoga, meditation and fasting but we are open to any kind
including quiet family groups. You can rent the space for your own retreat or we can set one up for you with a teacher, chef and transport if needed.
Retreats run from Friday from 3.30pm to Sunday around 2pm.
